Do you need an extension on your reservation?  If you determine that you will need more than the standard 30 days authorized in TLF, please submit a hardship letter to the  front desk.

Patrons authorized to make space available reservations include anyone carrying an active, reserve, DOD, retired or dependent ID (NOTE: AFI 34-246).

Space available reservations may be accepted and confirmed for space available (Priority 2) guests up to 30 days in advance of the arrival date, for up to 3 night accommodations, space permitting based on...projected occupancy.

Thirty days in advance reservations may be accepted if the projected occupancy is 65% or less for all of the days requested. If it is higher than 65%, the customer may call back in 2 weeks.  When projected occupancy is 86% or greater, reservations can only be made three days in advance; when 85% or less, up to seven days in advance; when 80% or less, up to two weeks in advance.

Space available travelers will not be bumped by official travelers.
